Started by accident. Kept entirely on purpose.
A cooked and sweetened version of our Mak-Kimchi, finished with chipotle and smoked paprika for gentle smokiness. Sweet, savoury and outrageous with cheese.
Ingredients
Kimchi (85%) (fermented cabbage, Chinese leaf, mooli, carrot, onion, pear, leek, sea salt, ginger, garlic and chilli flakes), rapadura sugar, glutinous rice flour, paprika and chipotle chilli.
Allergens in bold.
How to use
Serve with cheese.
Spread into toasties.
Add to burgers and sandwiches.
Spoon onto sausage rolls.
Use with cold meats, roast veg or a ploughman’s.
Storage
Refrigerate once opened and use within 6 weeks.
