Troublemaker’s big sister.
Same bright pineapple base as Troublemaker, but with double the ratio of Scotch bonnet to pineapple. Hotter, more peppery and full of proper Scotch bonnet flavour - still flavour-first, never gimmicky heat.
Ingredients
Pineapple (32%), red pepper, Scotch bonnet (2%), onion, carrot, sea salt, rapadura sugar, garlic, ginger root, herbs and spices.

How to use
Splash onto tacos.
Drizzle over pizza.
Add to burgers and fried chicken.
Stir into rice bowls and noodles.
Use whenever Troublemaker needs a bigger sibling.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate once opened and use within 6 weeks.
