Ketchup catches up

Our kimchi ketchup — with no tomatoes. Velvety smooth, savoury and rich with the kind of umami you’d expect from ketchup, but built through fermentation and with way less sugar.

Ingredients

Cabbage, Chinese leaf, mooli, carrot, onion, pear, spring onion, leek, sea salt, garlic, ginger, Scotch bonnet and a blend of gochugaru and guajillo chilli flakes.

How to use
Use anywhere you’d use ketchup.
Dip chips and wedges.
Spread into burgers.
Serve with eggs.
Add to toasties, sausages and breakfast plates.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate once opened and use within 6 weeks.
