A mild fermented hot sauce built around mango and chipotle. Deep Trouble brings smoky, stewed-fruit richness and is made for BBQs, dipping, glazing and marinades.
Ingredients
Mango (32%), red pepper, onion, carrot, sea salt, rapadura sugar, garlic, ginger root, chipotle (1%), herbs and spices.

How to use
Use as a BBQ glaze.
Brush onto ribs, chicken or roasted veg.
Mix into marinades.
Serve as a dipping sauce.
Add to burgers, wraps and grilled cheese.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate once opened and use within 6 weeks.
