Ingredients

Chinese leaf, mooli, carrot, pear, spring onion, sea salt, garlic, ginger and a blend of gochugaru and guajillo chilli flakes.

How to use
Pile onto eggs.
Stir through rice & noodles.
Stuff into sandwiches.
Eat straight from the jar.

Storage
Keep refrigerated. Naturally fermented and unpasteurised.

Live ferments continue to release natural carbon dioxide. Our lightweight pouches are designed for safe transit. Glass jars are packed with extra protective packaging and include a small additional cost.
