The lovechild of Mak-Kimchi and sauerkraut. Crunchy, savoury and full of kimchi-style flavour — brilliant on burgers, with noodles, stir-fries or beside something grilled with greens and olive oil.
Ingredients
Cabbage, carrot, mooli, pear, onion, leek, sea salt, garlic, ginger and a blend of gochugaru and guajillo chilli flakes.

How to use
